In a high-level meeting with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), the focus was on diversifying sectors, enhancing trade and technology partnerships, developing infrastructure, and exploring new investment avenues in Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister emphasized the state's investor-friendly policies, recent reforms, and robust support for startups and innovative industries.
Exploring Advanced Technologies
Highlighting the importance of advanced technologies for Chhattisgarh's future, Shri Sai visited the 'Deep Space – To the Moon and Beyond' exhibition in Tokyo. This visit is particularly relevant as it coincides with the development of the Space Manufacturing Cluster in Rajnandgaon, a project in collaboration with the Government of India, aimed at integrating Chhattisgarh into the global space economy.
Engaging with the Indian Community
Later, the Chief Minister met with members of the Indian community in Japan, informing them about the state's recent policy initiatives, investment environment, and emphasis on large-scale job creation. The diaspora expressed their enthusiasm and commitment to fostering connections by encouraging Japanese businesses to consider opportunities in Chhattisgarh.
